I really want you to be happy with your purchase and can exchange some items. I apologise if these terms and conditions seem a little formal but I would prefer both parties to be clear!

 I do not accept returns or exchanges on any items that are made to order or bespoke orders, unless defective. 

​

Any refunds will be less the cost of shipping and insurance and the payment provider fees. 

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in exactly the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please use Royal Mail tracked and signed for service along with appropriate insurance. I cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost in the post.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to contact me regarding a return. Please contact me by email penny@pennyalbertella.co.uk to arrange a return including your name, address and order number and date.

Exchanges 

I can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.  Please send me an email at penny@pennyalbertella.co.uk

Craftsmanship:

All items are designed and hand crafted in my Devon studio with the exception of my Italian chains and some clasps. On occasion stone setting is outsourced to a local jewellery artisan.

Re-Sizing:

If you order a ring in the wrong size I am happy to resize it for you at an additional cost but I do not accept returns on rings that are ordered in the wrong size.

Rough Gemstones:

Since rough gemstones are not cut into standard shapes, no two rough cut stones look alike. This makes them highly desirable for those wanting unique personal jewellery. Please note that due to the unique nature of rough stones and the hand crafted techniques I use each piece may vary very slightly than the images shown.
