Isabella Earrings
Isabella - delicate, yet statement earrings!
Isabella is a beautiful Italian name containing the Italian word for 'beautiful' and it's a soft sounding and oh-so feminine name - which perfectly sums up these beautiful, feminine earrings!
These wire earrings are handmade by me from either recycled sterling silver wire or 14ct gold filled wire (see below for more about 14ct gold filled wire). Both have sterling silver earring posts and backs.

Each earring contains 3 off white 6-6.5 mm freshwater pearls and 4 Preciosa Crystal Czech 4mm glass beads. These beads display a dazzling iridescent aurora borealis sparkle which makes the earrings sparkle as you move. Amazing with both long and short hair!
They weigh approximately 6.8g and approximately 35 mm x 40 mm wide. Each earring is handmade so shapes and sizes vary slightly. They are not matchy matchy! No two pairs are the exact same.

14ct Gold Filled Wire
Compared to gold plated or vermeil, gold filled has the thickest layer of gold, meaning it will last longer before tarnishing, fading, and wearing down to the metal underneath the gold.
14k Gold filled wire is created by mechanically bonding a layer of gold to a layer to brass. The outer gold layer must be at least 1/20 of the overall metal content by weight, and is therefore a much thicker and more durable alternative to gold plating.
Gold filled items are perfect if you're looking for a material that is higher quality than gold plated, but an affordable alternative to solid gold.
This process of adhering solid gold sheets makes for jewellery that rarely tarnishes.
