I am so sorry, but I am no longer able to deliver to Portugal due to the Portuguese customs service either delaying delivery for huge amounts of time or even returning the products to me.

 

Some of my Portuguese customers have a workaround to this by ordering and using a friend's address in a different country a friend that maybe they will be visiting soon or a friend who will be visiting them soon.

 

This is so frustrating and I really apologise but it is beyond my control.

Sinto muito, mas não consigo mais entregar em Portugal porque o serviço alfandegário português está atrasando a entrega por muito tempo ou até mesmo devolvendo os produtos para mim.

 

Alguns dos meus clientes portugueses têm uma solução alternativa para isso, pedindo e usando o endereço de um amigo em um país diferente, um amigo que talvez eles visitem em breve ou um amigo que os visitará em breve.

 

Isso é muito frustrante e eu realmente peço desculpas, mas está além do meu controle.
